Let A Crystal Event make your big day everything you’ve imagined. We will handle each and every detail so you can enjoy your special day. We offer a range of wedding services from full event planning to day-of coordinating. We specialize in Atlanta area weddings, but can accommodate events around the country as well as destination weddings.
Day-of-Coordinator $750
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day
- Facilitate wedding rehearsal (2 hours maximum)
- On-site coordination of vendors at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 5 hours on
- Facilitate the wedding activities according to the timeline
- An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding
- Main point of contact to handle any concerns the day of the wedding
Partial Planning $950
Everything included with Day-of-Coordinator services plus
- Invitations assistance
- Decor planning & assistance
- Complimentary access to in-house decor & discounts on upgraded decor items (flower arrangement, center pieces, bouquet, boutonniere)
- Room layout assistance
- Day of emergency kit for bride and groom (includes safety pins, sewing kit, first aid, etc.)
Full Service Planning $1,200
Everything in the partial planning and Day-of-Coordinator services plus
- Start to Finish event planning help
- RSVP Management
- Complimentary wedding website (managed and kept up to date for you)
- Venue assistance (venue search and booking)
- Seating arrangements
- Complimentary decor access including upgraded decor items
- Event Coordinator to help on the day of wedding
